MEET YOUR COACH


Hi, I’m Melissa and my passion lies in women's wellness, raising awareness of perimenopause and helping clients transform their lives by reclaiming their health. I hold certificates in Advanced Nutrition, Health and Wellness Coaching, Intuitive Massage and a Bachelor of Design (from my previous career).

Perimenopause and menopause symptoms can be extremely disruptive, overwhelming and rarely discussed. At mid-life, you're only half way there, if you feel like your body is betraying you now is the time to get back in control. Knowing how to build healthy habits and improve your wellbeing is the key to increasing your energy and avoiding chronic illness in the future.

As women we tend to look after everyone else first, pushing through the discomfort, whilst ignoring our bodies messages. It's so important to know that you're not alone. Help is available and it's okay to ask for it. My goal is empowering you to get back in the drivers seat, practicing self care and optimising your wellness.
